As a Workit Health member, you’re invited to submit short voice recordings that may be featured on the Workit Health Podcast.

If you submit this form and opt in, we’ll send you a phone number to call each month. When you call, you’ll leave a recorded voicemail answering that month’s question. Whether or not to participate is completely up to you.

⏯️ How your recording may be used:

If your voicemail is selected, it may be edited for length or clarity and played publicly as part of an episode of the Workit Health Podcast. Because podcast episodes are publicly available, your voice may be heard by anyone who listens to or accesses the podcast.

Submitting a voicemail does not guarantee that your recording will be used.

Consent to participate

I understand that my voice recording may be made public, and I give Workit Health permission to record my voice and feature it on the Workit Health Podcast. By checking this box and submitting the form, I confirm that I am voluntarily providing voice recordings and agree to their use as described above. These voice recordings are considered “User Content” as defined in Workit Health’s Terms of Service and are governed by such Terms of Service and Workit Health’s Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Terms”). In addition to the Terms, which are incorporated herein, I acknowledge and agree that (1) Workit Health may use and disclose my Testimonials in publications, press releases, marketing materials, advertisements and promotions (both digital and print), websites, social media sites (including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube), and for other media purposes; (2) I shall not be compensated for my Testimonials; (3) my Testimonials reflect my actual experience with Workit Health and my honest opinions about Workit Health and its products and services; and (4) I waive any right to review any materials that incorporate or use my Testimony and agree that no such materials need to be submitted to me for any further approval.

Changing my mind

I acknowledge that I can request that Workit Health stop using or remove my recording by contacting legal@workithealth.com. Workit Health will honor requests when reasonably possible; however, we may not be able to remove a recording from podcast episodes or other materials that have already been published or distributed. Removing recordings from streaming platforms will not affect or delete any recordings that have been downloaded by individuals in the listening audience.
